Memphis-Wizards

Real competitive game from start to finish. No Rudy Gay but the rooks Young and Carrol stepped up. Tinsley had some good moments as well. Mayo and Gasol played their asses off but the star of the game though was Zach: 23 pts 19 rebs 2 assts 1 tl 1 blk. Zach hit two free throws with .3 left to tie it. Arenas almost nailed an amazing turnaround bankshot to win it at the buzzer. Mayo and Zach put the Wiz away in OT.

Nice to see Foye and Butler playing aggressive tonight.

GS-BOS

Just finished watching the fourth. Montae Ellis is putting his name in the conversation of superstar guards in this league.

Ellis has an unbelievable motor. He played all 48 minutes going for 37 3 rebs 4assts on 15-26 shooting and 6-8 from the line incluing the last two to seal it. Guy didn't show one sign of fatigue. The pass he made on the pick n roll play to Turiaf for the And 1 lay-up should make plays of the night.

the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!

I said that about Ellis about a month ago. He's an NBA superstar right now.

wonder if a deal could've been made at the time he looked to be on the outs. at 11 mil he is a true bargain.

Highly doubt it--they want that cap space--makes me think that LBJ is locked up. Its funny but the shtty teasm in the west--Memphis clippers Sacramento Oklahoma --are all very respectable teams now and most if not all of the shtty east teams stayed down.

the talent of the last few years of the draft is on full display with the former bottom feeders out West. Their healthy and have turned some key high priced vets folk said would sour the team + their draft picks into a formula thats competitive. Turiaf has returned for the Dubs. Once GS gets Biedrins back I think we'll see them win more as well

Id give the Warriors Wilson Chandler and Jordan Hill for Randolph. If I had to I would even throw in a future 1. He's the perfect C for us to play with Lee and Gallinari and cost restricted. The guy had 20-10 in just a tad more than 20 minutes last night against the best defensive frontcourt ion the NBA.
He could be that help defender Lee needs but has just a world of skills beyond that--remove Jefferies insert Randoplh and we can replace Chandler no problem
