When we had Gallo moving off ball coming off screens he got fouled just about every single time. Why wouldn't we continue to do that until Spurs proved they could stop it. Rather then have Al Harrington shoot everything he touches or have Duhon drive and miss contested layups.

Moving forward, when we had Gallo moving off ball and recieving the ball through screens he seems pretty unstoppable. Especially if he were to recieve the ball around the FT

I posted without finishing my thoughts.

Anyway, when he gets the ball around the 3pt line and we set screens then he is decent but not as good as when he recieves the ball off screens within the arc then attacking the basket. We should continue to feature him this way. Later on he can focus on adding a back to basket game a little bit allowing him to be able to attack in all 3 phases from spot up shooting, attacking the basket by moving off ball through screens, or back to basket.

We should really continue to focus on having him recieve the ball especially around the FT line and attacking the basket after comming off screens.

We should probably try the same things with Chandler and see how he fairs. Also look to limit Harrington's shot attempts unless he is on fire.

I like him comming off screens, gallo seems good at holding the defender on his hip. comming off screens gives him multiple options to score or pass, drive or pull up...

i agree, we need to start calling more plays like this for Gallo, he needs to become more of a focus on the offense... Al is great for when everything else breaks down cuz when he gets the ball in his hands it's pretty much guaranteed he's gonna force his way to the hole & get up a shot, but it tends to bog down the continuity on offense on possessions & the ball movement comes to a halt... Gallo is never afraid to make the unselfish play & pass off if he sees an open teammate, much in the same way Lee is... when those 2 are on the floor together along w/Fishlips it makes for more fluid ball movement because all 3 are unselfish & play w/in the system. (can't believe i actually praised Fishlips for something on the offensive end)

Gallo could use a man like this setting picks for him. Maybe Jordan Hill needs to talk to this cat:

i <3 jeff pendergraph: http://www.columbian.com/news/2009/dec/27/pendergraph-just-crazy-enough-for-blazers/

But what Pendergraph is not exactly supposed to do is be able to take on — and get inside the head of — Nuggets star forward Carmelo Anthony. However, that is just what the rookie did Friday.
On Sunday, Pendergraph ran through a vivid playback of his recent run in with Anthony.
First, Anthony cautioned him: “ ‘Watch those elbows, young fella.’ ”
Pendergraph responded: “Whatever, man. I don’t care. Just get out of my way, then.”
The next trip down the court, Pendergraph ran up, planted his feet and set a screen. But he soon saw Anthony barreling his way. The Nuggets’ all-star forward had turned into a bulldozer, revving up and attempting to uproot Pendergraph.
However, the rookie braced himself, tightened his muscles and barely moved. And when a frustrated Anthony drew a moving foul, Pendergraph screamed out in victory.
“I’m, like, ‘Yeah. Go ahead and get mad; hit me. Cause now you got another foul, fool.’ ” Pendergraph said.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

A glimmer of hope maybe?!?
