when he was sitting fodder--because he is not an MDA player? Thats all done. These good young talents who are not playing just need a chance. But once they blow up--you cant get them.

We dont haev any Gs that are even close to Bayless--I know that the NY Knick management think Douglas is but they have been over rating our players for 10 years.

A Randolph or Mcgee arent good players because they dont play consistent 30 minutes BUT if given a chance???????????????????????

RIP Crushalot😞

I been saying this kid is gonna be Kevin Johnson...He can score, drive at will and fly up the court...he needs to be set free...I dunno what Portland is doing over there as far as coaching/GM...Something tells me they just want Bayless outta there...but his stock is steadily rising. Ain't but so long a talent like his can stay underwraps

Even with the 29 pt. outburst last night, I think we could still have a shot at getting him if we traded a package including David Lee to Portland -- Lee would have to agree to the deal of course. Not gonna happen I'm sure - I just don't think we're interested...

We should've drafted this kid. D'Antoni had Bayless in for a workout right before the draft and I remember reading that MDA told Bayless, "I'm looking for a guy who can drive the bus." Obviously, they didn't feel he was that guy, but I think he could be that type of player for a club...

I'm not so sure (like nyk4ever said) that we ever had a chance to get him. I wouldn't mind the kid, but I wonder if he is that much better than Douglas. Perhaps Bayless has better pg skills, but how is he defensively (I know he isn't better than Douglas, but not many, if any young, pg's are.)

I'd still consider giving up Lee for him as we might be short on change to sign Lee anyway.

oh well...thought Walsh was prepping to flip shill for Bayless. Their GM's call to free Bayless has given the Blazers the spark they needed.
the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!

Guy has 1 good game so far in his entire NBA career and now we're lamenting his loss? Dude didn't impress me at all when we saw him last week at the garden and he didn't impress me in any previous time I saw him either. I'd take Gallo 10/10 times vs. taking Bayless.

it's hard to know if a player can actually produce consistently..until he's given minutes.

i do think the blazers are stockpiled with young (and in many cases cheap) talent. Outside of their core guys Outlaw, Webster, Bayless can play. Dunno about Batum.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Bayless may still be attainable but I doubt Walsh would be willing to pay the price. I don't think Roy and Bayless can exist in the back court because Roy insists on dominating the ball and Bayless isn't a pure point. Ideally I'd try to mold Bayless into a more athletic Mike Bibby.

I think some combination of david lee would be enough to get it done. I like Lee but we need guard talent.

The point I'm trying to make is that who knows if Portland ever really made him available. People want to cry over spilled milk that they don't was actually spilled.

I just want to have an attractive team for Lebron to come too. The more young cheap talent the better.

I think duhon and harrington have been putting up good numbers. not necessarily playing good...

pause.

If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.
