Tinsley to New York?
Knicks president Isiah Thomas could be interested in Jamaal Tinsley, according to the New York Daily News … Pau Gasol to get the maximum contract? … Rodney White's name continues to come up in trade discussions … Robert Archibald to the Orlando Magic …

Dont do it Zeke. Tinsley is a turnover machine.

And here is another one that talks about Iverson

Those are not bad picks, but what can Zeke do to get Starbury ?

Steph has not made a difference in Phoenix, maybe he can make his point in NY

Right now Williams is better than tinsley, he is bigger, a better defender and a better finisher around the hoop, that would be a stupid move...

I can't beleive it took 8 posts to point this out. FWILL is playing like Tinsley played his first year. Let's let Fwill grow. he could be the PG we needed all along and with Isiah mentoring him, who knows how good this kid can be. He needs more court time and more pushing!

Only player I would trade Frank Williams for is Jamal Crawford from Chicago.

Crawford is better than Frank @ this point but why attempt such a trade unless knicks do some sought of multiple bombshell deal just to shake the roster. That would happen anyway..

right now gony frankie is one of the few young players we have that has a huge upside, tinsley does not play defense and he is not a upgrade at all, he can't even get off indy's bench, so why do we want him, I mean if frankie keeps getting better the Dice trade can really favor the knicks...

Wow... people here are smokin' something good. I can't understand why anyone believes that crap the writer at the Chicago Tribune puts out. Every week it's a new BS trade rumor. For some reason he believes all of the GMs in the league are on crack.

Jamal Crawford has waaaay too much talent and upside for them to give him up for a bag of old peanuts. Chicago is just as curious about whether he's part of the future of that franchise or not. With Jalen Rose gone, he's being given every opportunity to prove that he's a star. The Bulls hold the keys to Crawford's future.

Is still want Crawford. I think Knicks should shop Frank Williams too. See what his value is on the market. If Knicks up the ante for Crawford maybe we can get something done.

WE have no shot at Crawford. He is extremely productive and makes no money right now. They can get a lot for him and we have nothign to offer. He would be our 2nd best if not our best player right now!

Sorry to tell you bro but right around the time Cartwright got fired, Crawford was on the trading block for his constant improper actions towards the coaching staff.

Apparently when Skiles took over the coaching regime, he wants Crawford there. Skiles who is a disciplinarian, truly feels he can get the most out of Crawford which we're seeing right now.

Like I had said before you had posted your comments, Crawford's value has skyrocketed. Therefore, currently now he's the best Bull player right now and it's his team, not Curry or Chandler's...

very true knicksbb10. I remember him being almost traded too! Crawford is the man in Chicago now. He wasn't even getting a chance to show off that much cause Rose and Marshall needed some shots too and before that it was Jay Williams.

It's hard to believe any rumors coming out of Chicago (especially articles by Sam Smith). Let's just keep things realistic-- are there any desirable players on the Knicks roster right now, save Kurt Thomas and perhaps Doleac?

So whenever you're reading HoopsHype or RealGM, be prepared to take his trade ideas/rumors with a grain of salt.

The rumors earlier this season seemed to point Harrington/Ward for Crawford. Could you even fathom Chicago being that interested in the plodding Harrington that they'd dump Crawford, a young guy who put up Lebron James type numbers over the last 2 months of last season?
