Well I have caught a few Clipper games this season....the dude seems to have settled into his game. His shooting is still a little shaky but he has really settled into being an nba calibur point guard. He runs the Clippers offense well and knows when to call his own number. Dude is still fast as all hell pushing the ball and driving to the basket. He's another guy I'd consider trading for but Baron is an injury waiting to happen...Sab is gonna definately take advantage of that.

If your point is that Telfair is better than Duhon, then I agree. Otherwise, your a knucklehead. Telfair is not the answer.

My point is that this kid is a legitimate option for us next year. He's making a good argument that he is a legitimate starter in this league right now. I doubt he'll exercise his player option to play behind Davis another year and should be a FA in the summer. He has mad skills and he's learning how to harness them. I have no doubt that he can score and given starters minutes I think his shooting will improve. What I'm really impressed with is his ability to create and then hit the open man. His court vision/passing and ability to get to the rim makes him a valuable commodity at his salary. He pushes the ball and plays at a fast pace which would fit in nicely on an MDA team. If you get a chance, watch some LAC games. He definitely stands out on a team with plenty of talent. BTW - since you mentioned Duhon, when's the last/first time you've ever seen him kick the ball out to an open Gallinari for three after driving the basket? Check out this pass at :45 by Telfair and this was only one of several amazing passes he had that game. |

Not like marbs helped them much. they still were left out in those Coney island projects. Anyway, try to catch a clipper game. Telflair looks really good out there. I never liked Sebustian Telfail but I will say he seems like an entirely changed player this year (and maybe it's been going on for a while). He seems... competent? It's almost confusing at best.
Then again, Crawful has been Crawsome in Atlanta so who knows. http://popcornmachine.net/ A must-use tool for NBA stat junkies!
