If Donnie signs his two free agents, does anybody really give a **** if the youth will be developed then??? I'm a grown ass man!!! How you gonna lie our face Donnie????

"Other things we can do during the year?"

The season will be over for real in a few weeks...what moves will any of us really give a **** about????

2010 or die bitches!!! Donnie says **** you to all the fans and will tell us next year that he would rather hold on the money till 2011 after Lebron, Wade and Bosh re-sign with their teams!

All of this for 2 players??? Two players that might not even sign with the Knicks!!! Who are the Knicks developing? Chris Duhon???

Donnie is gonna sell all of our Knicks souls to trade Eddy and Jared....Knicks will have no draft pick and NO big name free agent.

I am freakin buggin right now!!! I simply can't believe that the Knicks are laying it down on purpose like this. We are just supposed to like it cuz we could possibly get to suck on an all-star's dick in 2010??? This is bull****.

I can't ****ing deal with this at all man!!! This is bull****!!!

Signing a 34 year old Iverson to a 6 year deal with no market competition is something Isiah would do....Donnie just had to extend a vet minimum for the rest of the year. Chris Duhon is starting no matter how bad he plays and no matter how many points Toney Douglas averaged for that 4 game streak...Toney Douglas was rewarded with 12 sporatic minutes against Indiana.

Lies I tell you!!!

seriously, MDA is not gonna sit guys like Chris Duhon, Al Harrington & Jared Fishlips in favor of Toney Douglas & Jordan Hill... i'm telling u right now it's gonna remain status quo just like we've seen all year... this team will continue to suck & MDA will continue to feed us the same shpiel about how he wants to bring these guys along slowly & Donnie will continue to try & sell us on the nice progress he's seeing in our younger players... then after the year is over they're gonna go starphuch mode trying to use the cap space to sign veteran players to make this team a contender, only this time it won't be on 1 year rental contracts, it will be longterm big money deals we're talking about... u guys seriously think the focus will be on developing the young guys at that point? don't kid yourselves... in a few months Donnie's not gonna give 2 shyte's about developing the young guys, he's gonna be doing whatever he can to land a couple big fish in free agency.

Douglas is getting minutes. And I think you will see Duhon's minutes drop even more when Nate is healthy.

Chandler and Gallo have been starting ahead of Al Harrington. Gallo had one bad game against Indiana. Chandler hasn't had one good game yet. Regardless they both have held on to their starting jobs....Duhon hasn't had one good game all year...Toney Douglas has had 4 straight and was rewarded with a benching and then sparatic minutes against Indiana....Jordan Hill has brought more energy and toughness inside than any big man ahead of him in the depth chart. He's rewarded by watching Jared blow layups and dribble off his foot in key moments of the game.

How can this be explained???

Agree and there is no explaination.

At least he seems willing to play Curry, who is actually playing better defense than Lee. That is how bad it has gotten folks. EDDY CURRY IS OUR BEST LOW POST DEFENDER!!! I am going to pull a Walsh and forget this team until next year.

Noone said that rebuilding was going to be easy. Iverson could have helped us win 35 game or he could have been a disaster. I thought that they should have brought him in but I understand why they didnt. As for Duhon, expect for him to ride the pine if he doesnt come out of his funk in the next few games. Changing the starting lineup every game is an Isiah move. Its clear that we dont have Isiah as a coach or a GM anymore.

When you are a real bad team like the Knicks any bad player will look kinda good in spirts. Until I see them play well against Philly or Cleveland , or Orlando , Or even Charlotte, don't tell me that these young guy are NBA quality players. Good players brings it every game. The Knick may bring it maybe one quarter of a game. And of course so of our vets may have a good game out of every six games. Thats the law of average. Other players in the league see how we treat players and beleive me they will think twice about coming to New York. Thats why it was important for us to keep our first round draft pick for 2010 Curry was not worth us giving up that pick. If he plays well the next 30 games with out any injuries I may have a second thought and maybe he is worth keeping because a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush.

BS!!!! What other things can Walsh do? Whatever happened to that "option" Walsh claimed he had in his pocket over the summer? Nobody wants these scrubs and if they do, they want the expiring contracts to dump their own baggage.

Toney Douglas is such a scrub he went toe to toe with Deron Williams and almost beat Utah by himself. Starting Duhon ahead of this kid or next to the kid destroys team chemistry....I'm proud Larry Hughes hasn't said a word...or Al Harrington...people trash them but they have never stopped playing and neither is in the way of any youth movement.

As far as Eddy Curry.....He's only playing cuz Donnie is gonna try to trade him. Eddy could average 50pts and 20 rebounds for the rest of his NYK career and he will be traded as soon as he can get an expiring contract.

Dude I can't deal with that.

BTW, I hate you DJsunyc!!!! You told me so!

Iverson would have been a terrible move. Denver got better when they traded him, Detroit got better when he suffered a season ending injury and he couldn't crack the Grizzlies starting lineup. If we signed him, he would have demanded minutes that his play wouldn't justify. We don't need an over-the-hill ball hog. Denver dumped him; Detroit dumped him; even Memphis dumped him. Why is anyone criticizing Donnie for not picking up their garbage.
