watching him against the Lakers....

His whole game is running the length of the court trying to sprint his way to the basket...I mean every single time he brings the ball up court thats what he is trying to do. If they cut him off he passes it. Dude is not really a point guard imho. Don't really like what I'm seeing outta him.

Are you outta your damn mind??????????????

D Rose is one of the best ballers in the league to watch. And like Elite said, once he starts dropping that J, its a wrap. Man, you say some crazy stuff sometimes, Spree.

are you watching this game?

I don't care what he's done in the past or what everyone says about him....he's not playing well in this game. Everything Roses does involves darting 100 miles an hour to the basket. If he isn't moving that fast he is ineffective.

edit: "once he starts dropping that J"

He's actually hitting the mid-range jumper. He's just playing terrible. Best way I can describe it is Duhon. Duhon just doesn't have the physical talent Rose has....but both guys are not making their teamates any better and playing a horrible point for their respective teams.

Im mad Doug Collins just said Tony Parker made the tear drop famous.....I think that was Mark Jackson years ago. The tear drop is a NYC move. Parker developed that after a few years in the league....how quickly peeps forget.

just add him to the list of guys who don't really look the same as they did last year

he had the goods in the playoffs without question

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

A slight regression for Rose this year, IMO, while Westbrook has seemed to improve a bit. Augustin, the other top PG, has also disappointed this year.

10 games, 0/4 from the 3 pt line for Rose, by the way.

Eny - don't be messin with my boy.

DRose spent the entire off-season working on his midrange game which was evident in the preseason but he's gone into a horrible slump to start the season. Sophomore slumps are inevitable, look at the year he had last year, he's a top PG in this league.

he is looking more and more like Marbury out there.

he isn't/wasn't nevereally a top flight passer and with no ben gordon out there, there are not as many open lanes to the paint. add to that the injury/missed preseason and it seems del negro has him deferring to salmons - the ultimate black hole and all around cancer at guard - and its a recipe for nightly struggles.

wonder why they don't use him in the half like the Spurs use Parker. Noah is an excellent passer n he should be able to finish at the rim over most. He should be a points in the paint monster.

He wasn't a top flight passer? Well he wasn't drafted because he was a great shooter.

Just let the guy's ankle heal up before we start calling the guy out. He did look rough last night, but he was trying to force the action and get to the line, which is a winning strategy.

He would be incredible on our team, so its tough to get on the guy

bulls made the wrong choice between ben and deng.

deng is a nice player, but ben is a difference maker.

I read that too. Doug Collins is an idiot. He says that Parker made the teardrop famous when Mark Jackson actually popularized the shot and coined the name? Douchebag!

But Parker made it "famous"?!

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Is there any doubt? Like I was sayiog last year, Rose is going to be a good player, but he isn't Chris Paul etc.

He reminds me of a slightly less-talented Marbury.
