He's just about finished here after next year. Who'd really take him?

He has barely played five games this season but he averaged 17pts 4rebs 4ast last year. Those are NBA #s.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Yeah, and he's been hurt.

But lets face it... he has literally NO upside. And unless his effort changes, he's a defensive liability.

If he doesn't defend his slam dunk championship, he's going to fade into complete irrelevance.

Nate is going to be in the league. The issue was not whether any team wanted him, but rather, were they willing to pay him $6 million per season. The answer to that question was "no" but that does not mean Nate will not sign with a team. If he is willing to accept $3-$4 million per year, I think he will get a 2-4 year contract next summer.

Nate is not going to be out of the league.. he just needs to goto a team with a strong foundation of leadership and coaching. He will thrive in that situation.

Only fans who think the dunk contest is relevant would think he's headed out of the league. He's a good player, an NBA player, and he'll be on someone's roster.

Get Chandler out and Nate is done in the league... interesting theories.

"He has no upside" - What upside do you need when you score a point every minute and a half for an entire season and most of it in crunch time? 95% of the NBA hopes THAT is their upside.

He's a situational player who's been used as a primary player here. What's the problem?

Nate will be in the league as long as he remains an athletic scoring machine. Once the athleticism goes, he will need to adjust his game greatly. He just doesnt have the height or wingspan to remain in the league otherwise.

I can probably say that this is true for every single player on our roster, except Iverson if he signs.

That's the truth, imagine Nate Robinson playing in Jordan Farmar's role. He would be a terror. Lots of teams could use his game...he just isn't making this team a winning team. Which is true of every player on the team, bar none.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

The only thing holding back Nate's long career is his size and the relative amount of wear and tear he'll put on his body. He jumps twice as high as some big men and takes 2x as many steps to go from end to end - that's a lot of wear and tear on his body/knees.

The super small guys typically don't have the longest productive careers - because their out-of-world athleticism to compensate for their lack of size has a shelf life. But I'd imagine he's got 5-7 years in him...

He's actually an accurate shooter if he was relegated to that.

I'd love to see him on a winning team. If his role was to just focus on being a good scoring guard who comes off screens a la Rip, then I'm sure he could do that very well.

For us, its kind of like, come on and save the day Nate, whatever you have to do is cool.

nate is NBA talent. He will be in the leauge. some team will find a reduced role, most likely a veteran team. He will be used as an energizer who can score...

Ankle sprain, no role on the team, line up changes, he looks lost out there and itks not entirely his fault.

If he really wants a longjevity he is certainly going to have to become smarter player qicker then most, prefably at the pg postion.

What the hell? Is this the Ultimate Knicks forum or the NY Post???

Duhon and Wilson are the two players that have been totally dogging it and there are threads bashing everyone for no apparent reason. I think you guys miss the Isiah years. Get a grip.
