Layden tried to bring his Utah philosophy hear. It worked in utah cos they had stockton & malone to build around. Here you can't bring in role players to surround H20, Kt, ward and expect to win. He could problably be a good gm if he just changes his philosophy or goes to a team that has a cornerstone player.
