Man, what a nice round the back for a rookie...
I like Hill, but it's sad that he passed on a pg with so much talent. The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. Albert Einstein

DW even admits he might have missed on a great talent. at least he's not saying he woulda took hill number one. hahaha. check out my latest hip hop project: https://soundcloud.com/michaelcro http://youtu.be/scNXshrpyZo

I said the "face of the team" the guy we build around. How could mike dantoni allow this to happen all the yrs he had nash running the point for him. I'm calling the cops, we got robbed on june 24th or so at the NBA DRAFT.

There are no more travelling calls in the NBA. You're allowed as many steps as you want.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

so playa... what you have based your drafting of him on?
Was it the 35% he shot in Europe? Was it the 5 points per game he averaged? Was it that youtube video he filmed when he called team after team that passed on him a bunch of dumb n!ggers? Was it the fact that when he came in for his workout he weighed about 165 pounds and couldnt hit a jump shot? Dude has great talent. Bucks def got high caliber talent where they picked him, but I can not fault anyone for passing on him. Its arm chair QBing. If he's aa bust you picked a skinny PG from Compton who flunked in the Euro leagues and couldnt shoot in the workouts and didnt participate in the camps. Does this board have Briggs syndrome? There is a new thread every hour for a player we missed out on in the draft. He's great, but there's nothing the Knicks can do about it now. This comes with being a Knicks fan. Our last draft pick that became an allstar was probably Mark Jackson.

Dantoni needs a pg 1st to run this system and bulid around.

All I am saying is here were his knocks: maturity: which he confirmed a lack of by those videos jump shot: which he confirmed shooting poorly in Europe and in the workout NBA body: which he confirmed by making Jamal Crawford look like Mike Sweetney My point is its hard to knock anyone for passing on him based on that As for Rubio NBA players were gushing over him. Lebron and Kobe were gushing over him. Not some homer that put together his own youtube mix and posted. Big difference dont you think? In any case Walsh said he would have taken Curry over Rubio regardless "winning is more fun... then fun is fun" -Thibs

In the same way with Jennings, people talk about his immaturity, Jay Bilas said he had no jumpshot, mind you he participated in all of his pre-draft workouts wasn't afraid to go up against anyone, even my hometown hero Jonny flynn. On the court in games, you never heard about all the negative stuff the media wanted you to believe about him. So perception is sometimes greater than truth when it boils down to it.
