Nate gets alot of flap for him not being a starting calibur player and thats all fine and dandy....I mena he is irratic and he is too emotional to be a lead guard....
In relation to Duhon....the Knicks have a trend of getting into deep holes that Nate Robinson always tends to lead the Knicks out of. Alot of times Duhon is left on the floor during these runs but is not even involved with the action that Nate is creating. Duhon usually is camped out at three while Nate is saving the Knicks.
Point of the thread....Watch hope quickly Duhon saves face when Nate returns. The whole reason will be Nates energy. Nate makes Duhon seem like he's doing a good job.
Reality....Knicks need to forget Duhon and start Toney and Hughes at the 1 and 2...and have Nate come in as the primary back-up when he is ready. Thats the obvious plan of action if you ask me.
D'Antoni on Duhon: "Duhon's my point guard. He's in a funk. We just have to get him out of it."
Thats a direct quote from a Newsday beat writer (not Alan Hahn...Barbara something i forgot)
WTF D'antoni???? WTF!!!!
