Click on the player's name for in-depth statistics.

Player On Court +/- Off Court +/- Team Net+/-
Mutombo -1.4 -8.3 +7.0
Thomas -2.7 -8.7 +6.0
Williams -0.9 -5.9 +5.1
Weatherspoon -2.2 -5.2 +3.0
Houston -3.8 -6.3 +2.5
McDyess -2.7 -5.2 +2.4
Van Horn -3.8 -5.7 +1.9
Ward -5.7 -3.7 -2.0
Sweetney -6.8 -4.6 -2.2
Doleac -7.7 -3.5 -4.2
Eisley -7.1 -2.5 -4.5
Anderson -8.4 -0.5 -7.9
Harrington -13.3 -3.1 -10.2

Above are the Knicks Plus/Minus stats. I've been arguing F.W. is our third best PG- but these stats don't support that. His plus minus is better then Ward or Eisley. A happy surprise.

It also support KT - someone I think many on this board undervalue.

It is also that the best +/- belongs to Motumbo. Perhaps it's because Chaney is avoiding the bad matchups. But my feeling has been he pulls Motumbo too soon.

Anderson and Eisley, right were i expected them to be, all the way at the bottom.

Weatherspoon doesnt fool me, and Williams should be starting no question about it.

Another interesting stat from www.82games.com. According to their stats our plus positions (where we get more from our players then our opponents) are:

PG - Actually our best position.
SG

Our worst:
SF - The worst position
PF - Second worst
C

Don't know enough about their stats to know how they come to this conclusion. I'm sure it's partially because our effective shooting %from our pt guards is better then other positions.
