I agree. Except I am a little sore with Hill about the chuckling stuff. Clyde noticed it during the games and same with Johnnie Hoops in the radio. If he matures a little bit, then I want him replacing JJSkinny in the rotation.

I can actually envision Darko being here long term - think Vlade or Brad Miller - nice center that operates out of the high post- passing and mid range J.

Darko is young enough - key will be finding out if he belongs and then signing him to the kind of deal that doesn't warp the cap.

Absolutely. They just got blown out in Miami and he was chuckling after the game. Same thing in the Bobcats game. Dude gives the impression that he does not care.

Of course he was chuckling after the game. If you had to sit courtside and watch the Knicks try to play defense and jack up 60 3s per game, you would be laughing (or crying) too. Seriously, he is a kid and he is just happy to be in the league at this point. While it would be great if he took every loss personally, that is kind of hard to do when you are not playing and certainly is not unusual for a rookie. I would like to see him get 10 minutes a game. I think he is a better shooter than Jeffries right now and can probably play just as good (if not better) low post defense. Plus, this kid is used to playing with his back to the basket. With Gallo and Duhon spotting up, MDA should run this kid down to the low block 6-7 times a game and see what he can do.
