they could be the biggest winners in 2010...

they can sign 2 max players to go with harris, lee, lopez and williams. plus, they have a #1 pick in this year's draft too.

forget lebron...a combo of wade + boozer, joe + amare...etc.

the biggest thing for them is either breaking ground in brooklyn or moving to newark...

there is a stigma about them that needs to be changed. if they can do it - they may have the best team heading into the 2010 season.

I'd like to see the math on that. If we have the most space in the league, but we don't have room for 2 MaxFA's, then how do the Nets?

They do have a chance for a great draft pick though.

Harris - Favors - Yi - Lopez...

I would try to add Gay to that mix.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

they are committed to $25 mil in salaries for next year. giving them, at minimum, $25 mil cap space.

I don't think they need Rudy Gay with Terrence Williams on that squad. What they really need is a true Power forward and to get their bench set.

I think they have more money than the Knicks next summer. If the Nets actually go to Brooklyn I can't see why LeBron wouldn't pick them over the Knicks considering the team they already have in place.

Rod Thorn has been putting on a clinic for nearly 10 years now.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

that won't be enough for 2 MAX contracts though. If the cap is 50mil, the max starts at 15mil (30% of the cap).

2 max contracts would then require 30mil in cap space.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.
