i look at how much apart of the spear he is for the team these pre games and i think-- this cant be serious. i like nate but i dont think he is ny's minime franchise player. i just think he may be being showcased for trade.

Every day is a "Show" for the head "Case" we call Naye Naye Nate!

Unless a team really wants to see him in a key matchup I think there is plenty of tape from the last few years to see what Krypto Nate can and cannot do.

We can't take back salary. I'll take a late no. 1 for him if he is not in our long term plan.

I like the little nut and would like to see him in a winning formula but I don't think he is an ingrediant to our long term success. Maybe in a structured team like the Spurs he can be of value.

I donb't thik he is being showcased. I think it is just that he is our best offensive guard and MDA realizes this. Nate's biggest weaknesses were a lack of focus on defense and a lack of discipline on offense. He has improved the defense noticeable. The offense seems the same, but at least he shoots at a solid percentage, so you can live with it.

I just don't see that the pre-season could be considered showcasing him...people know what they are getting with Nate. I think it is more the coaching staff trying to see a whole lot of combinations.
I think Nate is great coming off the bench...hope we can keep in that role.

D'Antoni said he'd put the best 5 out there. Give Nate credit...he's earned it on the court with good passing in the last game and good defense. He goes to the hole and he can shoot...what's not to like.
