A rumored deal between the CAVS and the KNICKS involving BIG Z and MILES being traded for KT, WARD, HARRINGTON and a 2nd rd pick is being discussed.
What does DICK CHANEY & DON CHANEY have in common ?? They both accidentally fell into a job they don't deserve & really suck at doing it !!!! Both need to be fired !!!

that is lopsided. why would the cavs trade big z, arguably the best true center in the east ( no matter what, i still think big ben is not a true center)? since they got rid of their clown prince in davis, they can concentrate on playing as a team. big z is a part of their future. he is still fairly young and great offensively. defensively, a liability. but i can see them getting rid of miles though. he is not producing the way they want and his game is virtually the same since he was drafted out of high school.

The Cavs owe us big for giving them Clyde for Jim Cleamons.

Jim should at least be coaching us.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I agree.

Though Clevland does seem like they are trying to get more hard nosed, while trying to build a team the way Silas likes.

KT? Boozer is better than him right now. Harrington?

It just doesn't make sense from a Cavs standpoint.

Ill I guess adds more scoring and the Knicks definately need that.
Miles has the talent and the marketability to make it big in NY.

Bogus trade though.

here's the piece from insider

"Here's a shocker: Kurt Thomas is on the trading block for seemingly the 100th time in the past few seasons. With Antonio McDyess securing the starting power forward job, Thomas has been sent to the bench, and he's not happy about it.
The Knicks have refused to discuss an extension with Thomas or his agent, Jerry Hicks, and Thomas is threatening to opt out of his contract at the end of the season and explore the free-agent market.

Considering that the Knicks are running out of time to trade Charlie Ward before his contract becomes fully guaranteed this season, the pressure is going to be on Layden to move the two before Jan. 15 (when Ward's contract locks in).

Given the Cavs' desire to add more toughness and cap flexibility, maybe this is Layden's chance to pry Ilgauskas and Miles from the Cavs in return for Ward, Thomas, Othella Harrington and a pick. "

NOT A RUMOR merelya writer's musings
