Like others on this board I have to wonder - what the hell is wrong with this guy? How did anyone ever think he has the mental toughness to be a starter on an NBA team? This guy is a backup player.

He can make some pretty moves around the basket, and score, but only if there's no one else around. He's real quick to pass out of the double team (and turn the ball over). When he makes a move inside, he brings the ball down and often gets stripped down low. I thought he was supposed to be a good outside shooter. Can anyone say CLANG?

I never saw him play in college but I hear he was pretty good. I'm going to guess that he doesn't recognize the need to work on and improve his game. He thinks he's wonderful the way he is and would thrive, if only the coach would call plays for him. In fact, teams around the NBA obviously know exactly how to defend him and disrupt his rhythm.

I haven't given up on him yet, but I'm starting to lose patience. I think a good player would have shown some flashes by now.

I suspect he'd be much happier, maybe even thrive, back in Utah.

Hopefully those of you who warned us about Van Horn when the trade went down won't feel the need to gloat over his failures.

The worst part of KVH is when he misses those wide open looks. If anything he waits to long to pass out of the double, teams know that he doesn't recognize the situation well and reacts ever so slowly to change on the court which lead to turnovers. It would be best for him to limit himself to one dribble and shoot when in the post. As for his jump shooting well I think he needs work on his form half the time his butt is hanging out when he shoots. He needs to take lessons from Houston on how to shoot. As for his form which hand does he shoot from I think he is the first person to shoot with both hands equally distributes its like he is playing volleyball or something. I was brought up to shoot with one hand and the other as a guider. All the great one shoot like that. Another thing he needs to lose those stockings, he looks like a sissy out there.

Neither, I don't like both of them. They both have shooting problems. One has a nasty hitch and the other lacks proper form. If I had it my way I would dump KVH for Rasheed Wallace in a heart beat. But I think the Blazers are wise to KVH they would rather let the contract run out on Rasheed than deal with KVH and his sissyness for three more year. I would trade KVH for say Miller on Memphis but the contracts don't match.

Raweed Wallace has no character and wouldnt fit in with the Knicks.

keith van horn just sucks. that's all there is too it. anyone who seen him play for NJ or Phil know that. if you didnt know keith sucks you werent paying attention.
