If so, what are some examples? Or is this a place you come to just to voice your opinion and then voice it louder after someone argues with you? It probably took about a year and a half but eventually people convinced me that the way Isiah was rebuilding wouldn't work. I think people very rarely change their views though.

That was deep man!

I'd have to say the threads regarding racism have given me more more perspective. I think the Stringer/Imus threads were great.

Most of the perspectives were well presented and those that weren't were also informational.

I also learned its best to marry young then adopt two rescue dogs. "Leave Brittney Alone!" can't be much futher away!

I have changed my opinion many times on these boards. If someone presents well thought out arguments that follow logic I'm more than willing to listen and learn. One example for me was the Michael Sweetney plays with a style that reminds one of Elton Brand. I have since changed that opinion after hours of "you are an f'n idiot" comments from TMS.
I just hope that people will like me

Some times someone says something that makes more sense than what I was thinking and then yes I change my POV. Most of the time though I just think everyone is dead wrong and I'm all alone in knowing what is going on in Knick land and what is best for our team. It's sad no one sees it my way. I could put an end to the misery!

I was a staunch supporter of Isiah and Steph for a long time and I didn't think that they got a fair shake at times. I now feel that they both spit on the Fans after we gave them so much support and so many chances. The weird thing was that I then had arguments with guys that used to bash Steph, because of the way Walsh and MDA handled the Steph not playing thing. I was all for it and others felt MDA and Walsh were in the wrong.

Isiah made me appreciate Layden and Don Chaney even more.

The Chaney teams played with heart. Layden I always thought was subordinate to Dolan which is why he was even more a disaster. Like Ewing empowered JVG tenure, so did Dolan empower Layden.

Walsh was an excellent hire as was MDA.

Well Im gonna "man up" ...here, so to speak.

I aint gonna lie, initially I supported Jerome James' signing. He looked great against the Spurs in the playoffs and he was a big man which we so desperately needed. The flurry of rebuttals made me rethink that position almost immediately --- James was a guy that put together a good series in hopes of suckering some dope for a big contract.

But I've been 100% right about everything else I've opined on so tis' all good, g.

Not really--we've been consistent fcking up the team for so long that even I am tired of screaming about it.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

I think the original hating on Sweetney, Mo Taylor, KT, Harrington and the rest as being undersized PF's set me on the path to hating on all the undersized players we have today.

Seriously though, the stats/evidence based posts from people like Briggs, NewYorkNewYork, and many others have been great whether we're talking about cap space, draft picks, or efficiency ratings.

The more we all treat this as a blog as opposed to a posting board, the better it will be.

...oh, and I have a much better appreciation for Jessica Alba since joining UK
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)
