Watched as many games as I could on ESPN and today's game was great--honestly more exciting than MLB right now. Those Asian kids were poor sports at the end--no handshake or congratulations--that was the only poor moment of the whole thing.

Sebstar, please explain this comment. I'm guessing it is a very poor attempt at humor.

I Think the Calif team invited them to run around the stadium and from what I saw they did not.

I can understand they were a bit distraught and were not up to it.

I like the whole thing too except when the Fans were Chanting "USA_USA_USA"!

My reasoning is this is not a "us vs them" kind of event. I can understand fans cheering for "California" as that was the team that was playing, not "Team USA"!

I am always a bit dissapointed when the winning fans are not so gracious to the pain suffered by kids who are losing. Winning graciously is not easy, but so meaningful.

these kids are 12 & 13 years old... u saw them crying in the dugout just like i've seen countless other times happen to the losing team during the Little League world series... when i was 12 & 13 losing a single little league game would be hard to deal with, i can't imagine how disappointed those kids must've felt after getting so close to winning the World Series... i think they handled it about as graciously as can be expected... it's not like they walked off the field w/o congratulating the team that beat them like Lebron did in the EC Finals.

I'm pretty sure I saw one of the kids on the Chinese Tapei team chasing a California kid with a bad and chanting down with america. It was despicable.

yeah, ur right... what a buncha bad sports those Asian kids were... i remember when i was their age i used to kneecap the opposing team's winning pitcher when he was walking off the field after games if we lost... brings back memories.

You mean. I just ask them what they got in the last math test. That shuts them up.
