Wizards center Brendan Haywood was entertained by Stephon Marbury's personal web cast at first, but the tide changed quickly.

"At first it was cool, but after a while it just became disturbing," Haywood said on Hardcore Sports Radio. "He's on YouTube crying with no shirt on for no reason, sweating while his boy's rubbing his shoulders. What's that about? That's like gay porn. I don't understand it.

"He's dancing to a song called 'Barbie Doll,' doing like stripper moves. I have no idea what's going on with the guy, it's almost like he's trying to end his own career. There's not a GM out there that would touch Marbury right now... Have you seen the 'Barbie Doll' clip? Click on YouTube and go to Barbie Doll. There's no way any other professional athletes would wanna get dressed around this guy, because you gotta think something is a little, he's swinging from both sides of the fence."

Finally, someone steps up and calls him out. Haywood just became one of my favorite players in the league.

He is right in everything he says and I am sure that this sentiment is well-established around the league.

Everyone in the known world knows Marbury is a nutjob. We can all pile in with reckless abandon. Takes a real schmuck to go too far with the Marbury hate.

Cograts Haywood, your officially dumber then Marbury. Gay pro sportsmen are prevalent in every single sport. They can never come out because of fools like BH.

They say he is toast.

I thought the barbie thing was an overdub.

The eating vasoline was the funniest thing I have ever seen.

exactly what i thought as well once i read that.

If you saw the vids or just took one look at the his show you would say the same thing. It's like a chippendales show. If you are a female you'd think so.....from a hetero males perspective the dude is acting really gay. He's doing all this stuff with his boys in the room. Nobody's laughing or anything....its very distrurbing.



Here's the video....he wasn't dancing to barbie girl as it happened I actually sat down and watched this as it happened....forgot what he was playing....but come on man. Even a homosexual would say "you he's acting mad gay"....and they would agree that he is a disturbed individual.

Oh, don't worry - I called him writing a tell-all book for a few years now. It's inevitable at this point.

I know this all seems really funny right now, but I'm honestly concerned for Steph.

A close friend of mine developed Schizophrenia which is a really really serious disease (if you get it, you might as well be dead to your friends and loved ones because your never the same person)

I think Stephon might be going thru early stages of Schizophrenia. Seriously.

The way he is acting + smoking weed (which makes it worse) is serious cause for concern, when I saw the video of him getting in that car accident, his "ITS JUST THE DEvIL!!!" reactions seriously reminded me of how my friend used to act before he snapped and lost it.

Schizophrenia is caused by serious emotional trauma's. Weed can enhance it, we all know Steph had a really rough personal life the last few years.. loosing a lot of people close to him. His career turning to **** etc... He obviously has a lot of enablers around him who dont care about his health. Honestly its really sad and I hope someone steps in and does something about it soon.

dont get me wrong im laughing like everyone else... its funny as hell.. but i see a deeper more troubling side of it too.

Eh... no big thing. I used to give petroleum jelly to my cats to get hairballs to pass through their system.

Haywood is crude- but he's right, of course, about the fact that no GM will be willing to take a chance on Marbury now. My own opinion is that Marbury was willing to do what he did because he already knew that no NBA teams wanted him. He turned down the $1.3 M veteran's minimum from the Celtics, claiming that he had offers from other teams, but he was probably trying to squeeze a few extra bucks from the Ainge, and did not have any solid offers elsewhere. Other teams saw that he turned down the Celtics and probably figured that the guy was nuts for not playing another year in Boston to reestablish his value in the league before trying to get a better contract elsewhere.

Marbury is even more of a fool than he shows in his internet disaster because he actually had a chance to showcase his value on a a top team. He should have viewed having to play with the Celts for a year at $1.3M as a form of penance, and if he played hard and smart and was a good teammate, he could have earned a better contract from the Celtics or another team impressed with his professionalism.

Instead we got the petroleum jelly, Barbie Doll dance, and pot smoking, all visible to anyone with a computer and internet access.

He is just a sad sociopath at this point in his life, who is unable to see that people are laughing at him, not with him.
