Now way Hinrich ends up on the Knicks at $9M per, unless Curry is in on the deal. Maybe a 3-way with POR-CHI-NYK.

The Knicks reportedly don't want to give Lee more than 8M. I can't see them trading him for Hinrich who makes 9M a year....unless it strips NY of Curry and JJ too.

can't see a match with chicago unless it's for Noah or something.

also, does BYC status affect us for sign and trades this summer? then something like Noah for Lee makes more sense, but only if chicago has cap room... which i don't think they do. chicago actually looks close to the luxury tax level, so i'm thinking they might not want to take on too much salary. they've got about a $2M buffer right now.

If Heinrich is the main piece coming back in a deal for Lee, then keep abreast of the news headlines right after, 'cause you will see "Crazy Black Guy on a Rampage in San Diego," pop up with the quickness.

In any event, Lee could be a decent consulation prize if they cant grab Boozer or he proves too difficult. But there would have to be another team involved --- I dont think the Bulls have stuff we want or they are willing to part with.

Portland expressed interest in Hinrich, Chicago wants a big (Lee), the Knicks apparently want Bayless and Outlaw... my guess is NY takes the place of Utah in a three team deal

I would rather resign Nate for $5 mill than pay Hinrich $9 mill.

A trade of Lee for Noah and a expiring would be a good deal.

I would take back Hinrich if we could trade Lee and Curry for him and an expiring.

Ty might be MDA's Amare?

Ty has not done anyting big yet, but in the right circumstances might he be a rising value for us.

This is where the Donnie and MDA magic has to come about.

We need to grow a top tier player in our group.

Ty Thomas? Gallo? Chandler? Sessions? Hill?

Can someone become an near allstar of these 5??

Then add your one or two Free agents to a young core and you might have a plan!!!!

We are rebuilding and with a bit of luck we can grow somting here and then add to it.
