Do it Eny. It works. The wife and I completed it, and both of us ended up in great shape. The only thing we didn't do was the diet. Its a great program that you can jump right into. You may not be able to keep up at first, but if you keep going with it you'll be able to by the end. Definitely get a pull up bar. Its 6 days a week with usually 1 hour plus of workout time. Gotta make sure you can fit that into your schedule.

Let me know if/when you start. I want to start another round of it.
