One of my favorite point guards. I played with and against him in Brooklyn when I was a teenager. I got a little sentiment towards the guy just cuz of the Brooklyn connection.

Indiana is holding him hostage for off the court stuff that didn't effect the team. Tinsley always played hurt and hard. Comparing his situation to Marbs is night and day. Its a shame Marbs is getting all this attention mofo is still living off his high school hype. Tinsley needs to be playing....he's under a one year contract right now...a rusty Tinsley is better than Duhon all day everyday.

I just want a point guard. Knicks could use a 3rd one. Don't give me the NYC is a bad influence and he is a trouble maker....its not the case. Donnie knows Tinsley. He should holla at his boy...cheap alternative...maybe a good way to dump Jared.

Free Tinsley!!!!

Jared is from Indiana so there could be some intrest. Knicks could use Cuttino's contract but I don't really wanna do that in this scenerio....

I dunno man its a shame. Tinsley needs to play. He's a good point guard. I'd love to see him playing out in the street for the summer but I think those days are over. Sigh

just a highlight of "top 10 moves"

Still looking at his history...the playoffs...he's played with good/all-star guys...

Ah man dude anything but Duhon....Tinsley can run the open floor. He's got deception and anticipation. He sees the play before the rest fo the floor. His jumpshot was improving before they banished him...

btw...he was banished for getting shot at at a night club. WTF...he wasn't the one shooting. some cats shot at him. can't stop a young guy from going to a night club to party. he wasn't doing anything wrong.

argh....anyway, if nothing comes of this Nate situation or Andre Miller, Raymond Felton, or Sessions...I think Tinsley needs to be brought in....Indiana can't want a all-star calibur dude for a guy they banished.

FREE TINSLEY!!!

No point in trading for him when nobody wants him. He's even more untradeable than Jeffries. Besides, he'll probably be waived very soon.

Pacer fans have no love for him.

It's known his conditioning was never the best and he has a long injury history. I don't know if it's the kind of guy I want to bring in here at this point. I guess I'd take a flyer but if I'm taking a flyer I might as well do it on Earl Watson or something rather than a 31-year old PG with an injury/off the court history who hasn't played in more than a year.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Earl Watson is already rumored to sign with the Pacers already.

I'm just saying...if the younger more talked about players are off limits...Donnie should get his boy outta Birds clutches. Tinsley is a starting calibur point guard in this league....Like you said for Jared its a wash...Knicks want expirings but if Tinsley can get back to doing what he does then its a home run

No offense but the dude has a poor work ethic. I just don't think it's the right vet for this team. Tinsley would fit in better on a team full of vets. He's not the best influence.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

where do you see Tinsley doing anything Marbs did as a Knick? don't make stuff up...if you wanna say he's a has been or lazy fine but you can't say Tinsley is anything like Marbs cuz that is a straight up Marc Bermanesque lie!

Tinsley could be good as he is a good player but, and 2 B-I-G buts:

1. His contract goes through 2010-2011 - our cap year - $7.2 mil this year and $7.5 mil next year.
2. Donnie Walsh was in charge of the Pacers when Tinsley was banished. There can't be any love between them.

So Not happening.
