I'm hoping Hill "has his legs under him tonight" and that Korolev actually shows up tonight - I'm still intrigued by that guy although he looked dreadful the other day.

This is what people on other sports boards are saying about Jordan Hill. Depressing stuff. Hope they're wrong.

Dude is gonna be a straight bust....I still cant believe they passed on Jennings...but anyway...this dude isnt gonna be very good....he doesnt have a true offensive move set at his dissposal...it aint tip-ins and buckets under the basket he is gonna struggle..as I was watching him play in summer league one thing I noticed is...he just isnt focused like he should be...dude isnt as agressive as he should be...I saw him not hustle for rebounds, and he takes alot of defensive short cuts....and to round it off..he cant shoot free throws....thats never a good look.....

yup....he's a friend of my little bro's..spent his freshman year at Lakeside High school in atlanta....he wasn't that tall when he was a freshman in highschool..he was about 6'1 or 6"2 and he sucked at ball..i remember him not even wanting to play ball whenever my brother went......i'm happy for dude though, he been through some **** and he deserves this, he really does, but he's not gonna be as good as advertised, he is a first round pick no doubt, but he shoulda been picked in the 20's...he's not really a strong person mentally...its easy to get in his head so you already know the knick fans are gonna be all up in there ****in him up...and he will fcuk up.....ballaz like garnett will take him out of his game easily....he'll be a nice role player on another team, but i hope it works out for him on the knicks..

basically sums it up on Hill to me. At #7 pick, you have to get a dynamic player at whatever position he happens to play. We lack a PG with explosiveness who can demand extra defensive attention. Jennings is sitting RIGHT THERE.. and you pass him up. I think Hill was probably the 2nd best big out there, almost by defualt. NY gonna eat him up. Jennings on the other hand, (Flynn too ) would've thrived under the NYC lights... Feels like the same foolishness we did 10 years ago with Ron Artest... all my teams suck

What kind of kills their argument is the fact they wanted to draft that brick-laying clown Brand Jennings instead. Gimme a break. that dude would have been horrible here.

Fair enough. I'm not a Jennings fan as well, but he's not a Knick tho. Lets focus on Hill

maybe douglas has a shot with jeter blessing him by touching his hand but hill is toast...
