Yeah doesnt look good, I can see why Mike D says little to nothing and doesnt expect much out of him. Hopefully he keeps on trying though, losing weight is tough especially when you are that big.

SHEEESH! He must've been Mammoth sized at one point. It's sad to see really, cuz the guy has so much talent. If he had discipline and self drive he'd be a monster. I hope that the sad events of his last year of life have woken him up and made him take things more serious.

If they have he's a true talent to have on this team. He's got a long way to go to get down to an NBA body and I hope he makes it.

Great vid as always Cos.

On Curry, dear god but hes huge. Looks ok running in that tiny clip. At that size, if he works REAL REAL hard on his stamina, noone will stop him in the paint.

I heard what Clyde said about him moving well at the weight he's at. But he's not going to move well at that weight for 30+ minutes a night especially on a road trip where he's playing 4 games in 5 days. He definitely needs to lose more if he's going to start and if he's going to bring anything in a trade.

As with every other year....they are and were. This guy is 335+ right now. He did look more toned/tight whatever you want to call it - yet - he's still fatter than hell. He was 365+ and now he's 335+. An improvement.

Yet, ONLY IF THIS IS HALFWAY of his "recovery" should we, or will we, or will ANYONE, give a rats ass.

Disgusting. You add in the flip flops and no sneakers episode, you add in the report where he seemed to just want to go home instead of working out, and it's business as usual.

The idea he would ever break out as a dominant player? That's long dead and now buried with today.

The chance he could be enticing to an unsuspecting team? I guess there is a slim (lol) chance of that occurring.

How frustrating, yet, not surprising.

Well, he lost 30 in 2 months. Can he lose another 30 in the next two months? If so he can pull a Craw/Zach of last year and we can dump him before it's too late. I still hold out a remote bit of faith in that.

He lost weight but I'm sure it's closer to 20 and once the trainer goes bye bye and he hits the road it is all coming back... the thing about weight loss is that it's possible to do, but in order to maintain it you have to want a lifestyle change. Your weight loss is effective because you walk 1.75 miles every morning. Granted I don't really know Eddy Curry but from what I've seen and read I can't see anything that would suggest he WANTS to change his lifestyle

Honestly I just want them to flip Curry for some overpaid guy that has a similar contract and increase that guys trade value... I mean, couldn't the Knicks go after Peja, save NOH some money, increase his trade value, and flip him? I'd feel more comfortable taking on those dollars to rehab his trade value in this system... I'm jsut thinking out loud, but I'd prefer to try something like that

He does have a ways to go, and he probably will never be a thin guy. To his credit though, he moves very well for a big guy.
