This sounds like an absolute invitation to move Eddy Curry?

Cleveland would be a darkhorse- Ilgauskas.
L.A Clippers are another option Kaman or Camby.
New Orleans (Chandler) or Portland (Przybilla) would be sleepers
Eddy Curry and Larry Hughes or Cuttino's expiring for T-Mac?

Out of the list of possible available centers, I think Przybilla would be the most realistic choice.

i'm pretty sure Curry is the last guy on that list & he's not even close to the one above him until he shows he can be the same guy he was a couple years ago.

Yeah when looking at it in context I agree. Curry must be plan Q for them.

It says on realgm that Houston are going to have a private workout with Curry in Vegas. Interesting if true.

no it doesn't
Though I doubt the Knicks would invite other teams in to watch, the Rockets may be interested in Curry's progress, as well. GM Daryl Morey, with Yao Ming's foot injury threatening his season, if not his career

pure Hahn speculation.

I'd love to trade Curry, but if the team feels that he really is getting into shape, wouldn't we do better trading him later rather than sooner?

My bad, I misread it. I just skimmed it quickly and thought it said that they invited the rockets and that Hahn doubts the knicks would invite other teams.

There is some value to Eddy Curry. Houston won't outright dismiss him- it'll be a question of cost on whether they will get involved, but my guess is they would kick the tires.

If Curry shows in the first month of the season that he is back to his level of play from two years ago, there will be a market for him. He only has two years left on his deal and $10 million per season center is not that expensive as good centers go. A team like Houston or Dallas or some other team needing a low post presence, might take a chance on him. It all depends on Curry coming into camp at 290 or below and playing good basketball in MDA's offense.

face it, until Curry shows he can be a productive player again & is in shape, the only thing we can hope to get back for him in a trade is an even worse contract.

Interesting take on Dallas. I would do Curry and $3 mil for Dampier and his expiring in a heartbeat.
