Kobe Bryant can relax -- he'll might only have Ron Artest guarding him in practice. The former Rocket tells Ken Berger that he plans to sign with the champion Lakers. All signs point to Trevor Ariza's departure.

Has Ken Berger gotten anything right regarding FA's? Wasn't he all over the Lee to Memphis for $60M?

I like it, some of these teams are becoming real powerhouses. Better than 12-14 mediocre teams.

With Ron they can get one player to do the job of Odom and Reezy all in one!

Odom with his dumb diet is more inconsistant as Rons manic ways.

Artest is perfect for that team...

Reezy is an ass for not re-signing but the Lakers proved they don't have to be helf hostage from bum ass players like Ariza when there are better players around you can get.

Let this be a lesson for the Knicks...

Players often overestimate their game and therefore their market value. We've seen that with both Lee and Ariza.
