Last season former MDA players Raja Bell and Boris Diaw were traded to Charlotte. At that time, there were rumblings that those two could be moved again to the Knicks. They both became solid contributors for the Bobcats and all trade rumors was scrunched (I don't know if any actual trade talks took place). Now, fast forward...D Lee and N8 are looking for contracts with similar $$ value as these two players....while N8 would never work there with Brown, a resigned Lee + Mobley's contract could work for Diaw and Bell. Could a trade help both teams?

Charlotte needs to get the fans something to get excited about. They are losing millions and the fans aren't coming to the games. The addition of N8 (and the fireworks with N8/Brown would create some buzz. N8 is a commodity in that he is a proven showman who people will pay to see. Lee is another player that fans seem to relate to. It could help them. Bell could be a good bench/role player for us and both he and Diaw would play their butts off for MDA. While there is no buzz about a deal, it might help both teams
