wow, weird that a guy in his 50's just dies like that w/o any sign or major health issues... RIP to Billy Mays... seemed like a nice guy.

this guy just took out another life insurance policy

Man, this has been a crazy week.

R.I.P. Billy.

Ironically enough, Tuesday night at our local ballpark is 'Infomercial Night' and was supposed to have a Billy Mays look-a-like competition. I wonder if it'll be canceled now.

He was like family, of the TV kind.

I wonder if he died of the same problem as Natasha Richardson, who hit her head while skiing- blood build-up between the brain and skull, I think. She did not really get checked after her accident either.

Saw this earlier today. Feel bad for the guy, he was gaining alot of celebrity and it took a long time for him to get where he was. I was just getting pretty addicted to the show him and Anthony Sullivan have called Pitchmen too.

RIP Billie Mays. OxyClean DID work as advertised, and I thank you for introducing me to this wonderful product. Pitchmen are a dime a dozen, but good men are rare; you, sir, were both a great man and a great pitchman.

If it was the bump on his head from the flight, its just more reason to demand an ambulance after any accident, even if it seems minor.

Had a friend once that got into an accident, felt fine, drove home, everything good...kid dies from some internal bleeding or somethin'. This was only a few years after high school. Poor guy. First friend death in my life .

He just had another incident recently- just can't remember what it was. (Maybe a car accident?)

And to top it off, Sham-wow had to lower its claims about how much water it could sop up after an independent study showed they were lying.

He was probably up shts creek the second he was hit in the head. They might have been able to save him if he was taken immediately to the hospital but with that type of injury--nothing is assured.
Terrible and sad to have your life ended like that--you think that you mightve fended off something sinister with an emergency landing only to find out it doesnt matter. I think Id rather have an illness knowing what my fate so I could say proper good byes to my family. It's your last goodbye I would think God would let more people at least have that.
