and take Derrick Brown for SF--move Gallinari to the mobile 4 and Chandler to 2--the middle of our line up for the future

F 6-10 245
F 6-9 225
G 6-8- 225
G Curry?

Having Brown and Chandler would make up for the loss of rebounds at 4 and give us serious length to match up with.

i don't think portland's gm is in the habit of giving up assets for nothing? what's the catch? what do we give them?

what i've heard is portland is looking to make a trade up in the draft or get a veteran PG like andre miller. why would they dump pick 24 for no assets?

Brown is a real nice player. With those late picks, Marcus Thornton and Jermaine Taylor look really intriguing to me.

They have like 5 picks. It sounded as if they wanted to sell the top one. This guy has the length and hops that Trevor Ariza has and looks like he has a sweet stroke from deep that could get a lot better. It would help us move Gallinari to 4 with a F who could rebound as well as help in the paint on defense with his long arms.

He's a talented athlete with a well rounded game. By now, the Knicks should have a good idea whether or not Lee is coming back. If so, they should probably use a late first round pick at another position. If they think Lee is leaving, Derrick Brown would be a good choice.

i like Damion James w/a later pick myself if we're gonna draft a SF... this guy can do it all... shoot, post up, dunk, rebound, defend, block shots... almost like a combo of Paul Pierce & Josh Howard

I believe I read Damion James withdrew from the draft.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.
