has produced two games won scoring in the 90's this is what i'm talking about. His system works period! Spoon looks good, Eisley looks good, Mutumbo looks like a kid and Anderson looks like an all-star. LOL One thing you guys had right , You said Layden tried to make this the NY JAZZ. Chaney has his own version! Remember the Celtics of old.

I'm happy about them winning 2 in a row but I cannot get really ****y and start comparing them to the old Celtics. They are still 4 games under .500

I've had my foot in my mouth before and it doesn't taste good, do i;m going to wait till tey are 1 or 2 above .500 before I can call Shandon an all-star and Chaney a good coach but I have to give u props for having soo much faith.

Hey Silver, when did you two get engaged, anyway? Is playa a gentle boyfriend, or does he give it to you rough? Are you sure your foot is the only thing in your mouth?

On man, where is this comming from? I cannot be angry cause the Knicks did win last night and it was SHANDON that did most of it! And plus, I really do want to have more faith in my team.

Hey I knocked these reserves, so it is only fair I give them props when they do good. Chaney is playing to their strengths what little they have, but I am happy with the wins, lets see how they do when the whole team is healthy..

Good win though, and notice how well frankie is playing..

I like what is going on right now, but I still say either put Spoon or Othella in IR and let Lampe get some time. We need to prepare for the future.

Yeah - as long as we have a losing record, let's keep the fire under them...You KNOW we don't take prosperity well. If the Knicks think they're doing well, it's the kiss of death. We HAVE to think our backs are against the wall. It's always been the Knicks strength/weakness.

But I'll give Shandon props...back-to-back is nice.

While its nice to enjoy the win... we beat the Celtics and the Sixers. A nice accomplishment without Houston and KVH... but lets get some perspective.

Amazing win last night. I don't think Boston is too good but to win in Boston with all the injuries, that was impressive. Shandon has stepped up. Why Now? Why all of a sudden? I guess he is not being tentative because he knows he is in there for the whole gamem regardless of what he does!

These 2 wins are baby steps for this club. Can they get to .500? They need 4 more wins still! When the injred stars come back will they revert back to a lifeless boring team? If they do, Chaney will allow it. If not, Chaney will deserve credit for NOT ALLOWING it. The talent is there. Mutombo can be efective. KT is playing well. I would still like to see the rooks get run over OH and Spoon. They need to develop. At this point, they are on pace for about 30 wins.

Looking forward to Wed. Spree vs. Anderson! Should be a great battle. Two bad KVH and H2O are hurt.

Ice - Playa is trying to convince everyone he is right about this team based on these 2 wins. As usual he is off. Chaney's record as coach of this team is still 35 games under .500! It did not take hubie Brown 2.5 years for his players to figure out his system. The players played better right away and this year they are 6-6 in the WEST!

This team can win, if they are coached right. A former coach not named Mcleod could get this team to the playoffs. Which one? Take your pick of the other 3 90's era coaches!

All Don Chaney has to do is decide how he wants this team to play and have (all) the players buy into his vision. I know he likes the style they played the last two games, but now he has to get Houston and Van Horn to buy into it. If he feels this isn't the best style over the long haul, he should go back to running more halfcourt sets featuring Houston, Van Horn and eventually McDyess.

He is a knick fan. You can bash him and praise him whenever you want. If it was some other team and he jumped on a bandwagon, that would be comming thru the back door.

playa I am not like you, when I bash someone and they do good, I eat my crow, I will give them props, I am not like you, when the knicks were struggling you didn't say crap about chaney's "motion offense" now they win 2 in a row and you are crowing like a rooster!!! I am true to the game fool, don't worry I will be back to bashing these reserves, they still suck playa, they are just having a nice stretch and I am giving it up to them for that. I still rather see the rookies get some burn!!!
