51-45, first win of the season. (1-2)

i had 5 points; a trey and a pair of freebies. key block with a minute left that stopped the other team's run. it was great.

my conditioning is getting up there. the mountain runs seem to have worked. if i cut out my wine days, i think i will improve further.

is anyone else playing right now?

Orange.. where do you play? I play in a league in Northern NJ, my team is 3-1, we won on Tuesday 52-38. I had 10, my diet and conditioning are both working great for me.

Ohhh, ok. The L I play in is Hoop Heaven, they have a few locations in NJ (the others are in Central), but the one we play at is in Whippany, which is pretty close to Clifton.

can you dunk? to the players in your league dunk regularly?

you can dunk if you can lol. Theres 3 levels of competition. My team usually bounces back and forth between the 2nd and 3rd level, we'd probably get run by some of the dudes in the top league, some of them played collegiality and what not.
