I've stated many times on this board how ***** Chris Paul is. He's proving it in this Denver series....anybody seeing hm talking that smack while Chancey Billups is busting his ass? Anybody see him talking that **** when they knocking his ass on the floor almost every time down?

Chris Paul is one of those dudes that thinks just because they can play basketball that they are gangsters. He's a douche bag. I'm suprised more players don't get in his face or punch him in his mouth. Denver is doing it the right way though...I'm loving every minute.

I've been seeing it Eny. I've never heard anyone say anything bad about Paul, but he does APPEAR to be that annoying punk you play against whose kinda dirty and talks a whole bunch of ish to you.

Let's not forget that at Wake Forest Paul was suspended for the ACC tournament for punching a dude in the nuts. Now THAT'S fugazy.

A lot of guys are like that. Its rare to get to the league and not have an enormous chip on your shoulder. You are accustomed to being the best of the best.

That said, tho, elite players dont score 4 pts and have 6 ast. in a must win game at home and get beat by 60 pts. Thats unheard of.

A lot of people said it, particularly around his run in with Nate. Not too many people wanted to hear it though.

Oh yeah, I remember when some around here were wondering why thugged out, immature, shyt starter Nate was picking on the poor, sweet, little innocent Paul.

In Paul's defense, dude is the only reason the Hornets are even in the Playoffs.

I see right through Chris Paul...when Nate stepped to him he didn't do anything but go "yeah, yeah, yeah".....I know what's up.

It just brings memories.....

There's the YMCA at 63rd and west end in manhatten....I had to stop playing in there cuz I was getting into arguements with the regulars there.....one dude called himself throwing elbows at me every time I went past him of whenevr he tried to break free of me. I hit him with the basketball and when he said "what the **** dude?" I pushed him and guys stepped in between us. I never called someone a ***** that many times in all my life.......oh yeah there's another loud mouth hatian cat that plays their. Dude is like 6' 300lbs, fat as hell and everyone is afraid of him. He pushes off and yells "you can't guard me" at the top of his lungs. We were battling but he wanted to "chris paul" me to I pushed him and got in his face and called him and his whole family a *****.

I also can't stand guys that can only play one way and want to "run plays" to get themselves off......aaaah!!! I used to hate that place sometimes. "He cant shoot" then proceed to drain every single jumper I get and yell back "he can't shoot right? Man shut he **** up!"

Lmao....somwhere along the line I got humble, lol. I think tearing my ACL saved my life, lol. I tore my ACL playing in that same ymca...I went back and was still arguing like crazy.

Anyway, my ADD got the best of me...Chris Paul is Fugazy!!!

eny, i don't particularly like playing with dudes like that either. i stopped playing at this one spot because of chemistry issues i had with some of the main guys.

i always prefer playing team oriented ball where everyone is looking to fit their role, at least try on defense, and be creative on o, looking for the open man.

i've played with and against younger more athletic guys and teams that are more team oriented can often win if you work well together.

i guess, the thing is when you are as talented as chris paul, you can get away with this kind of stuff more, particularly if you are good at getting others better on your team and winning. paul HAS elevated the hornets, and is basically one of the best players in the league (at least imho). the team may have some other issues, and when things go bad there it will show more elsewhere. this is why scott might be gone, btw.

shaq, jordan, kobe, reggie (as marv rightfully pointed out) all complained and were kind of a-holes on and off the court at times to other players and their team mates. while some guys it rubs off on players the wrong way (wonder who else not too long ago claimed "I'm the best PG in the league").

Reggie only talked junk when provoked....he usually was a quiet player. Gary was as nasy as you wanna be and so was Jordan but they weren't going around like they super thugs cuz they can play ball.

I absolutely do not want Chris Paul on the Knicks....or Wade for that matter.

woah woah woah...woah.....woahhhhhh. one game, albeit a real SHTF scenario, is not enough to dismantle CP3! let's put stuff in perspective here, dudes, the hornets failed cp3 way before he failed them last night. j. pargo ring a bell?

cp3 = NOT a fugazy.

cp3 = A great pg.

Yeah, I could definately see that in CP.

Honestly, that kind of attitude makes it hard for me to watch the game sometimes. I cant take that punk attitude. More than anything it makes me appreciate the Allan Houstons and Tim Duncans of the league.

Wait a minute...Wait a minute...wait a minute. Now its one thing to say that he can be an ass at times, or that he got his ass handed to him by the nuggets and people need to calm down on the CP3 is the greatest PG of all time hype.

But you're crazy as hell for not wanting him on the Knicks.

If Paul joins the Knicks, I will cheer for him, praise his game and tell others how he is the greatest point guard in the league. But if given the chance, I would still throw right cross at him if given the chance for the love of the game. The same goes for Melo but I think Billups already beat me to it.
