just got my hands on this game & the graphics are tight! game play is very reminiscent of the classic streetfighter games you grew up on, but the range on the strikes has been toned down a bit, especially for jump kicks and low kicks with Ryu, Ken & Guile, which helps to even out the playing field somewhat. new Ultra attacks adds to the KO factor in this game, & the cut sequences are much nicer... starting out a new single player mode will initiate a mini-movie anime clip w/for each character, which is pretty cool, & if you're online you can set the game so you can be challenged by other online users while in single player mode as well as multi player mode, another cool ass feature.

some hidden characters in this game that i have yet to reveal other than Seth the boss character, but all the classic SF characters are playable by default, along with 4 new characters you've never seen before that have some pretty bomb ass moves of their own... i especially like the new Mexican Lucha Libre wrestler dude, El Fuerte... he reminds me a little of Fei Long the way he moves around & his quick sudden attack moves... there's also a character named Abel, who's got short range combat sambo/wrestling moves like Zangief, a female character named Crimson Viper, who has some moves like Sakura, & Rufus, a chubby martial arts dude who's got some weird, unique moves unlike any other character i've played in the past.

y'all need to get this game so we can have an online tournament 1 of these days.

I was obsessed with this joint as a kid. Do they have reasonably priced joysticks for PS3?

I am a huge SF fan, played it at home and in the arcade for many years. I dont have SF4 yet but I would be up for making the purchase + an arcade stick and getting a UK tourney going.

Right now I do have SFIITurbo Remix downloaded on my PS3 - if you have that we can play.

Ah ha, so TMS is secretly one of my coworkers. They got a copy for the PS3 at work and since then they've been having tournaments after work, as many as 6 or 8 people alternating to play. I took a look and I was like "cool", but the game isn't really that much different from the same fighting game 15 years ago.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
