Yeah so....if everyone thinks david lee is gonna comand 8-10 mill in a dead market.....how much is Milsap gonna get?

Regardless....I'd rather have Milsap.

I have not seen enough of Milsap, but DLee is a very good PF. His defense stinks but there is a always room for a player that can get you 10 rebounds a game.

Millsap plays with better players and wouldnt score without Deron Williams on his team. Lee will get more money and why doesnt the Knicks just give Milsap a big offer sheet?

Well to answer lazy ass NYKBocker ; ).....13 and 8..1 block a game in 30 mins.

Ok so Milsap was puttling up huge numbers whebn deron, boozer and okur out and they still won. Don't lie just to big up Lee.

Now lee may have the "better" numbers....but milsap still maintains his 13 and 8 off the bench with Boozer and okur ahead of him.....now toughness is what milsap really excells. He's not apart of the camera crew like David Lee....Milsap uses his body inside and will block shots.

They are on equal footing with the exception of Milsap's superior defense (although I think Lee is capable of playing real defense if he doesn't worry about rebound positioning) and Milsap has better post footwork. Lee is the better athlete IMO, the better passer as well. Milsap did his thing earlier in the year and like Lee was talked about being a possible all-star. No matter what team Lee is playing for next season he should hit the weights.

Milsap is a really good player that's just a little below Lee, but he's about 6'7" and its just not easy for undersized PF's to sustain a good level of production in the NBA these days. We see a bunch flash and then flame out.

Millsap is definitely a more complete player than Lee... he's good enough where the rumor is the Jazz will let Boozer go and turn over his spot to Millsap.

If David lee had a point guard like Deron Williams he still would allow guys to sail in for dunks untouched....

Milsap is kinda on the short side but you don't notice it...he's just an inch shorter than Lee and it made no difference.

Point of me making this thread is that Milsap is probably a better player than Lee and the dude is not even rumored to make more than an exemption if that.

Like supreme said....they might trade Boozer and resign Milsap cheap. That would be smart business wise.
