Bold prediction: Griffin won't have as good a career as Ty will.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

that's a pretty damn bold prediction considering Ty doesn't really do anything well other than blocking shots & being athletic... Blake Griffin's a fully polished ready for the NBA player right now & will probably make the Allstar team within his first 2 or 3 seasons IMHO.

what makes you say that he's fully polished? I respect other opinions, but I don't see where he's much more than Paul Milsap in a more athletic package. That's a good player, but Thomas is starting to develop more diverse offensive skills that I don't kniw if Griffin ever will.

TT has always been an athletic F who can block shots... what has he developed since he's been in the NBA to make u think he'll have a better career than Blake Griffin? i haven't seen an ounce of improvement in his offensive game... Griffin will instantly average more points & rebounds in his first season than TT is averaging right now, i guarantee it.

What kind of plays do you see Griffin scoring on in the NBA?

I could be wrong, I just don't get the impression from watching him that he's destined to be a great NBA player.

There are more and more games recently where Ty gets to the line five times, gets double digit boards and a couple of blocks. He's a nice player and ultimately I think he'll have a more well rounded game than Griffin who I see as being a quicker Paul Milsap.

Griffin's going to be an average sized power forward who can't shoot from any distance. Are those types of players still valuable in today's NBA?

Then Griffin should have an all-star career because there are many people who believe Milsap should have been an all-star this year. I think it is also the same people who say that Milsap is better than Lee because he does what Lee does but play defense. As Chris Rock said about cornbread, "Ain't nothing wrong with that."

No, nothing wrong with that, but his team is going to be limited somewhat to have a 4 that can't shoot.
