I'm just numb over this. Just disturbing that a product of a civilized society could be so resolute in his cruelty. Well, perhaps, given the relationship between police officers and our communities I shouldnt be so surprised by this, but Officer Powell's not even remotely human, lack of compassion is still shocking --- even for a cop.

ESPN needs to calm down with their anti-TO agenda and curb their relentless coverage over him skipping a VOLUNTARY workout, and shine a piercing light on this story and this human garbage posing as an officer of the law.

Prayers go out to the Moats family. I'm so pissed.

This ish pissed me off. That family was so composed all things considered. I woulda lost my sh!t.

so would i... & then we'd be the ones thrown in jail because of it... my boy got pulled over once for tossing a freakin' cigarette butt out the window & then the dick cop proceeded to give him a lecture on littering, which pissed my friend off even more so he ended up punching a street sign (his mistake obviously) & then the dick cop took my friend in to the station for disturbing the peace... makes me feel good that this is what our tax dollars are paying for.

Stupid idiot thinks that a guy with his flashers on running the red light two blocks from the hospital enroute to the ER needs to be detained for investigation. Sadly there are police officers who have not learned when discretion is necessary. Writing tickets does not make you a good police officer.
