This is random, but am I the only one who thinks the Knicks logo could use a bit of updating?

I would like to see them get ride of the triangle in the background and just keep the rest as is. It just seems like it would be a cleaner and sharper logo without the triangle. New Knicks era, slightly new Knicks logo? Plus it takes the logo back to resembling the old school logo.

I think I've seen it w/o the triangle at center court, why not make it official?

I bet they'll change it in 2010 to something retro

Im just saying the logo could use a touch up. Its been the same since I had it on the back of my starter jacket in 5th grade

i like the logo... NY teams don't really mess w/their branding the way other franchises do... there's something to be said for longevity & maintaining a classic identity when so many other teams are changing their colors & logos to try & sell more jerseys.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

You know they'll switch it to one of the retro jerseys when we sign some 2010 dude to signify a new era in Knickdom.

I liked those 70's jerseys with the orange and blue checkers down the side. Wouldn't mind if we made that the permanent uni.
