The upshot is, they suck, and it's going to be very very difficult for them not to suck.

Seriously, though, it's a good read and gives a pretty accurate rundown of the players and their limitations.

DEF N REB, I agree with some of the forecast that Ramsey gives, But one thing he has forgot is this same ragtime bunch played with pride last yr with the (SAME) coach. He thinks Mutumbo is done and that is not true, he has been ackward everysince he has been in the league and not that he's a little older people think he's some kind of "GERIATRIC" player. He also didn't mention Frank Willaims who is arguably the fastest knick pt guard on the break who shows some form of creactivity.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Dr. Jack is losing it. Eisley, Houston, Anderson, KVH and KT starting lineup. OK lets move on. He manage to make the kNicks worse.

The team still has no actual SF. Anderson is just a slow swingman, but the closest thing the Knicks have to a true SF. I think Dr. Jack is addressing the speed issue at the expense of defense and rebounding, but the main thing is his pointing out the problems with the team, particularly the lack of someone who can cut to the hoop or play in the post.

I think Frank may be the quickest PG on the team, but he is so sloppy and unsure on the floor that no one would suggest starting him at this juncture.

Everything I read and hear about Eisley says Chaney wants to start Eisley, and intended to prior to camp, but that Charlie has outplayed him in practice. Eisley is suppposed to be the starter. The fact that he can't beat Ward out for the job based on his play speaks volumes about him.

I believe the only difference between Ramsay's lineup and the post-McD lineup is Anderson. Eisley, Houston, KVH, McD, and KT will be the starting five. Chaney will bench Mutumbo. Ward, word is, probably will not start tomorrow.

I agree FW is the fastest PG on the Knicks. He is unsure out there because he lacks PT. If the KNicks can some how say FW here is the Key to the team run it. Give him the team for a couple of games, 40 minutes and watch his confidence grow. Thats something the Knicks just don't do or know how to do. Remember when they gave postell the keys to the team towards the end of the season he played and scored with confidence all his hesitation was gone. I think if the Knicks just take the reighns off of Williams he will breakout.

Doc Jack hit the nail right on the head, especially when he mentioned the role McDyess' contribution will (or won't) make having a critical impact on the outcome of the season.

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!
