We forget that we have a whole season to deal with before 2010.....

Duhon/ Nate
Wilson/ Hughes

As this season goes by, you can expect Wilcox and Hughes to instill their will on the team. The Knicks are now good enough to make the playoffs....doesn't mean they will this year.

Next year....the Knicks will have the 2 hottest free agents on the market. Both guys want to stay and they both deserve to stay....yeah so assume the Knicks keep both(cuz in the other thread, you guys aren't even trying to locate sign and trade options)....

Only guy coming off the books worth anything is Wilcox (to hell with Marbs).

Next year? With the roster intact, why can't this team make the playoffs?

As far as Jared and Curry? Why can't Donnie move them? He managed to move everyone that we all thought we were stuck with. He moved Jerome and he still has a year left on his deal!!! Wow!

So I ask.....

Why can't we live with what we have??? What we have is all good....

What did we want to begin with?

A do it all shooting guard that plays defense? Larry Hughes....check!

Point guard that can run the offense and knock down the open jumper? Chris Duhon.....check!

Power fwd that can run the floor and rebound? David Lee....check!

A real small fwd that can score inside and out, play defense and rebound? Al Harrington....check!!!

X-factors in Nate and Wilson? Maybe even Wilcox?....check!!!

So what the hell? Knicks don't have Isiah coaching the team.....Mike D'antoni is bitch!!! Woooooo hooooo!!!!

I know its been the norm to not expect too much.....but what the hell....the Knicks basically are set...they don't have a superstar but they will in 2010 so stfu about it you know? In the meantime, the roster is pretty awesome if I don't say so myself.....
