He has the perfect situation in his hometown, his team is on the verge of a final. I don't think money is an issue, even though Cleveland would be able to offer him more than us, plus he is so phenomenal that he would get exposure/endorsements even if he were playing in Alaska. Sh!t even in the football commercial he is in, he is starring for the Browns. Who else is on our radar instead of Bosh, Wade, Amare??

This coming from somebody who had just posted Tim Thommas' three point shooting will be missed (wtf). I think your wrong on both accounts.

I dont get the idea that he "has the perfect situation in Cleveland". That team is very good and they're very good because of LeBron. They do play defense, and they have done a solid job surrounding him with some nice little shooters, but take LeBron off the Cavs and they win 35 games at BEST. The Knicks are a better team than the Cavs are without LeBron. LeBron himself makes any situation a good situation. He wouldn't be leaving a good situation in Cleveland, he would be depriving Cleveland of the good situation HE BROUGHT THERE and simply transfering it elsewhere. Its not as if he has a legit franchise sidekick (Mo Williams is a solid player but cmon)

Put LeBron on the 08/09 Knicks and they could contend

Perfect situation in the fact that he started out there when they were ****ty now he has them going deep into the playoffs every year. Since its his hometown, thats a perfect situation for him, imo...

If he brings them one ring he could leave the next day and he would still be a legendary figure in Cleveland for the rest of his life, that place hasn't won a championship in 50 years in any sport

He will make his own decision. There aren't many situations more appealing than being the savior of the nations biggest market

I doubt he would leave a championship squad, its like he would be the savior for us, but sticking it to his hometeam in the process, I just cant imagine this happening. What do you think are the odds that we sign him?

It's the arrogance of New Yorkers. One of many reasons why they are despised by the masses. How dare he not sign with my NY team, doesn't he know it is NY.

This man has a better chance playing for the Knicks than Mr James.

or perhaps it's more the feigned pretend wisdom of the naysayers who seem to already know what Lebron will do before he himself does?

He does have a weird obsession with all things New York, but also with JZ.

How's the Ratner deal going anyway?
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Oh he's coming. He'll be immortal in NY.

BTW, the Knicks have a better squad than Cleveland minus Lebron. Thats factual.
