Think what you want. Don't look much into the Nate/Lee going to Bulls thing though. I think that's just Isola speculating. If they took Jeffries with Malik, I'd drive to pick up Hughes myself. Thank you, Rick Brunson.

The Bulls just traded Drew Gooden (PF), Andres Nocioni (SF) , Cedric Simmons (SCRUB) and Michael Ruffin (SCRUB)to Sacramento for Brad Miller (C) and John Salmons (SF) . With that in mind, hows this sound:
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=dakbvn Bulls trade: Hughes Noah Tyrus Thomas for Knicks: Lee Curry Malik Rose The Bulls would do this trade because: David Lee and Derrick Rose could do the high pick and roll like no other. Also, Curry is a native son and they have been looking for someone to replace his role since he left. Frankly he is garbage, but his contract fits into the structure of this deal and taking it on is the only way they can get Lee. He can be a backup center over there and hopefully get his life in order. Besides, there is some symmetry in trading him back to the Bulls. With Malik Rose's contract expiring at the end of the year and Lee's pay raise being projected around what Malik Rose is making this year, the total value of the incoming contracts remains roughly the same between this year and next. Also, Hughes is essentially out of their mix now that Salmons is in. The Knicks would do this trade because: Tyrus Thomas and Noah fit much better into the 2010 salary structure than Curry and Lee do. Everyone likes Lee, but moving him and Curry together effectively clears enough space for that 2nd max contract which will definitely make NYC the frontrunner for you-know-who. Besides, Thomas has plus upside and Noah should be around the league for many years to come. I don't expect much out of Hughes, but he is another wing and his contract expires for summer 2010.
