Needs to do his job. It is inexcusable that they didn't tell D'Antoni that there was a foul to give. D'Antoni should take most of the blame, the first thing he needs to do in the huddle is to say what is our foul situation. That is when the assistant coach needs to chime in and say we have a foul to give. Or he should say it at every break in the action regardless of the situation.

This can't happen again. I trust to fix this melt down of communication between assistants and coach.

What about the guy who keeps track of the total number of times the ball bounces during the game (only when the Knicks are dribbling of course) I've been wanting someone to have a word with him for some time, because I never do see that number reported.

You must be referring to the Mavericks coaches. I think they have one for how many times a player farts in the huddle and another to keep track of the burps.
