Uh, oh. A rift in the locker room.

According to a team source, guard Jamal Crawford and forward Corey Maggette had a heated exchange during Monday’s overtime loss to the San Antonio Spurs. It took me a while to confirm it, but the argument started on the court, believe it or not.

Crawford, apparently sparked by a comment from Maggette, began yelling at Maggette about his selfish play. The usually mild-mannered Crawford was the aggressor in the exchange, according to the source, and told Maggette to “contribute something other than scoring.” The shouting match extended into the locker room at halftime.

Crawford, reached after the game via email, sent a one-line reply when asked about the incident: “Don’t want to talk about it. We’ll keep that in house.”

Is this an issue to be concerned about? Or just the usual brotherly squabs that happens during the course of a losing season? Guess we’ll find out.

Wish he showed that type of leadership and passion here. Maybe it woulda transferred to his game and his leadership.

Crawful has always been full of empty words. Maybe he's upset he can't chuck as much because he's playing with so many chuckers and now he's protecting his FGA's by yelling at Maggette.The Warriors who are a LAUGHINGSTOCK of a franchise loaded up with overpaid long term trash. They both build to tank. So they are doing good job in this for Warriors.

You gotta love it. For a change it isn't us. They are though, check their salaries, and afterwards try NOT to do a LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL over what you just saw. Watch then re-sign an opted out Crawful to five years. I bet they will.

Mullin Nelson is almost as bad as Isiah ( insert the coach ). There is alot of dysfunction there and Jamaal deserved a break from it after his tenure hear.

Mully has been out of the loop for some time.

The owner is running things regarding personel. This clown extended Stephen Jackson.

I watched the warriors the other night and was blown away how bad the team is. Selfish play all around. Craw was really struggling.

What was the purpose of signing Maggette? Knee jerk reaction to losing Davis?

GS is the youngest roster and stacked with talent but chemistry is way off. Jax and Maggette are not mix. Harrington was smart to bolt.

This is a team that just missed the playoffs last year. The best record team to ever miss. ANd they went to conf finals year before.

Mully built those teams but is being held hostage by owner who won't extend him, or release him. Nellie is just taking the guy's money and looks disinterested on the bench. The team plays with no intensity.

Monta Ellis looks bad but he is trying to play back into shape. Jax was just throwing anything up.

I was thinking teh same thing regarding what a mess that team was and how far our knicks have come in one season. We might not make the playoffs, but we are team playing hard and with purpose on most nights.

I feed bad for craw after having to deal with our worst the last few years and going to that mess. He is a good guy and was very professional when he was here. I thought he had his best season under larry who got on him for playing defense and shot selection.
