I think the magic just sucked. Knicks had awesome D, but they had nothing on offesive end. KVH 4-20, houston was out. Im glad that the bench is finally supporting though. Im also glad that the widest player in the league didnt play: weatherspoon. Not really fat, just wide. Jesus, he's like a snowman. His head couldnt be any more round. All i remember him doing is (somehow) rebounding the ball, trying to put it back in, and then getting blocked. That guy has NO jump. And were paying him 2.5x more than othella!? Anyway, thats my rant.

Good thing we won, 0-3 woulda been horrible.

Othella is playing for a job somewhere, if not for the knicks. Good thing that chaney recognizes is that we are long and not athletic so the zone is best suited for this knicks roster.

Hardcore nobody wants the knicks non hustling players. Teams would want Othella before Spoon anyday of the week.

Not to be lost in the win is the fact that NY scored less than 20 points 3 of the 4 quarters. Thats 3 consecutive games.

Mutombo is really a presence out there, I think he and KT set the tone early with their Defense... KVH also had a big dunk late so seal the game.. good game from Ward and Othella..good win....

The Knicks (1-2) held Orlando to 25 percent shooting - a Knick franchise record. Not even the Pat Riley Knicks or Jeff Van Gundy's squad ever turned an opponent into such an offensive mess.

Kurt Thomas was a shot-blocking monster, notching five, including three in the fourth quarter. The Knicks recorded 10 blocked shots - Dikembe Mutombo added three - to already surpass last season's high of nine.

CHANEY ALSO CALLED SOME NICE PLAYS, AFTER A TIME OUT LAST NIGHT WHEN THE "MOTION OFFENSE" PRODUCED SHANDON ANDERSON LAYUP . HOW ABOUT THE OUT OF BOUNDS PLAY KT TO WARD FOR THE BREAKAWAY LAYUP CREATED A FOUL IN FINAL SECONDS. You have to give them time to jell gony, blasting chaney won't be smart as soon as this team learns to play with each other.

Playa, I missed the game last night. I am glad they won. Revenging the loss from last week was important. They should be 2-1, and Chaney blew game 1. Was their D so good or was the shooting so bad? Look all around the league, scoring is way down, because of the zone. With a guy like Deke, and slow perimeter Defenders you have to play a zone.

I will give the team credit for the win. Now they must build off of it. Scoring 75 points is not exactly a smooth offense. Do you realize they have scored 83-75-75 in their 3 games! Not exactly a good O

Like you said look around the league at the scores. NY just so happen to be in that same league.

Ok im gonna watch Rockets play the Nets tonight on YES at 7:30 let's see if they get 98 pts don't forget K-MART isn't gonna play either.

LOL The Rockets got 83 and the Nets were the ones with 75 (and I am GLAD they lost! ).
