Just curious what everyone thinks of this guy. He's young, has nice size at 6'10" 230+ lbs., seems pretty athletic with really long arms and it looks like he can block some shots and rebound the ball. We all like to talk about Chandler's ability to block a shot (Wilson's averaging .8 bpg in over 32 mins.) --- this kid Jones is putting up .6 bpg in only 12.4 mins. per. If Atlanta ever cuts this kid loose, I think he could be a low risk/high reward, inexpensive big forward option for us off the bench that might be able to help us address our lack of size & interior defense. Might be a perfect guy to help round out our future roster. Looks like a real glue guy role player. Doubtful Atlanta gives up on him, but who knows. That block he had on Al Harrington last night was impressive.

Numbers for So. Florida before he came out: 9.8 rbg, 3 bpg - good for 3rd in the country at the time behind only Ty Thomas and Patrick O'Bryant.

He's not much better than Jeffries to be honest.

I think he's awesome. We need a guy named Jones on this team.

I had him on one of my NBA 2K8 teams, he was good size at the 4/5 off the bench.
