he may have the best team in the league and he gets no love. of course lebron is greatness but he's put together a squad that's made the finals once and is challenging for another shot at it this year. he could seal the deal if he moves wally for something before the deadline.

Fair or unfair I think a lot of it has to do with him never living up to his draft status. I know his ability as GM has nothing to do with him as a player, but I just think that the first thing that comes to mind when most think "Danny Ferry" is "disappointment." Then, I think most people just assume the team should be this good because of LBJ, but we know he couldn't do too much with a garbage supporting cast.

He'll get nothing from me for his cheap shot on Camby several years back. What was that again, thumbing his eye? He's just another all round dirty no talent player like Bowen.

why the hell would anybody give him any damn respect? He put together a squad that would win 25 games if not for Lebron.

He was a wack ass player, he wears Dockers and he went bald at like 22. No love. I hope he slips and and falls on something sharp.

He deserves no respect, Lebron and Z were already there. With the exception of Mo Williams none of his players have any value and that team would be lottery bound year in and year out within Lebron.

Yeah, except for the deal that brought in Mo Williams, what has he really done to improve the team? I guess I will give him credit for trading Larry Hughes, but since I think he was the one who gave Hughes that contract, that is at best a wash.

I think the chemistry of the team and the way its constructed. From the coach to the best player and the support he should get credit.

The guy is low key and made some nice moves, and somtimes its the moves you don't make that count. Not screwing up should count.

Being a bald white Duke player who made some serious money and got a ring for contributing on a championship team and being under a great coach and GM is all a valuable comodity.

Give the guy respect. He has earned it. Yah don't gotta love him, but he deserves respect.

He is what is called a "winner". One of the "people who get it" crowd.
