I think he's a bit overrated. They got lucky in the draft and have had high picks...you're going to get it right eventually. Lets see if he can morph his talented young team into a contender. He needs to make a strong trade to accomplish that.
They really blew the 05 draft tho, trading down when they could have grabbed Paul or Daron.
They didn't really get lucky at least you can't say it yet because Oden has to prove he can establish himself. He made the moves necessary to get Aldridge, Roy, Bayless, Rodriguez(all via draft day trades not luck). He bought Rudy Fernandez with cash. He's a pretty good GM would love to him have him here. He should of handled the Miles situation differently but let's not fool ourselves into to thinking the whole Portland Brass wasn't behind the threat, including Allen.

The Trailblazers as a whole I give credit to, but I dont know if I can single out Pritchard since he was promoted in '07 to General manager and before then he was just giving his imput.
They've done some work...LOL at essentially turning Telfair into Brandon Roy and punking out the Bulls by snatching Adridge. Again, they're a good team but he still has work to do to turn them into a contender, and it looks as if he is doing himself no favors at this point.
Might have blown the '07 pick, BTW. Durant would look so good on that squad right now.
My saliva and spit can split thread into fiber and bits/ So trust me I'm as live as it gets.
