The Raptors are said to like Othella Harrington and have been trying to trade Mo Peterson, who can play either shooting guard or small forward. Just the guy we can use to when Houston needs a breather. S. Anderson for defensive purposes and Mo Pete for offensive prowness. What do you gys think?

good trade for us. bad trade for them - They have AD, Bradley, JYD, Bosh, etc at the PF... they want Othella now too? Weird

doesnt work capwise... we would have to take back another player in addition to MoPete. Kinda defeats the purpose.

toronto has a ton of bloated contracts, Othella has a friendly contract and it is short, Mo pete still has some years on his, so this deal is not that far fetched..

I wouldnt take on a bloated contract just to get rid of Othella, I would only make a trade that would help this team talent wise or financially - we should be done taking the rest of the leagues garbage and tying our hands further.

I think the only trade out there right now that is sensible for us would be to pick-up Kukoc for Othella and Spoon or Othella, Knight and Doleac.

This would be a good deal for the Bucks since it opens more playing time for Tim Thomas, Desmond Mason and Redd. Plus, other than Spoon all players involved from our side has a cap friendly contract.

Also, Kukoc has 1 year left in his contract.

Sounds like a good deal...we get a decent player - an expiring contract, and we get a ton of trash off our roster. Nothing is a sure thing until it is in writing though, and Layden would get major props if he could pull this off.
