As I have tried to preach in the past: Our 6-3 start was against a slew of terrible teams also suffering injuries. We were 6-5 pre-trades before anyone tries to say we were 7-3 ... or about to be .. or whatever fits that argument.

Since then we have faced a TOUGH road.

Now? We have a little slack in the schedule: I want to say 3-1, but given their recent uninspired play, I will say 2-2 "for the record".

Dec 26 - VS Minnesota (4-22) - should be a win
Dec 28 - VS Denver (17-10) - should be a loss
Dec 30 - AT Charlotte (9-19) - should be a win
Jan 2 - VS Indy (10-17) - could be a win

(Don't look, Jan 4, Vs Boston, lol, another Loss)

Then At OKC (Win)

So, we COULD BE 4-2. Maybe 3-3.

Then, uh, don't look again...

At Dallas, Houston, New Orleans (3 guaranteed losses)

Could be 4-5. Maybe 3-6. Yuck.

Cosmic already has those future games taped and is just waiting to upload them.
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

So uh..bottom line is..we suck, and uh...no playoffs, and um..the next thing we have to look forward to is that big trade that Donnie will surely pull before the deadline.

Good points man. I agree we'll be 3-1, Christmas break might put some perspective, motivation, and life into our tired legs.

Who knows, man.

It's easy to feel down right now, sure, but in 1.5 weeks we might be feeling as good as we did after the Laker game. So, it's a long season, we'll see, and we (I feel) have a big trade to look forward to and discuss. Words.

LOL. There won't be the Dec 26 vs the Wolves. Cause I don't think I'll be home. MAYBE, but, I don't know.

If I'm not you can bet we win by 55 points.
If I am and I record it you can bet we lose it somehow.

Yeah, I'm "that" kind of "good luck charm".

Nah, I feel good as a Knick fan, the best I've felt since InternBury led Layden's trash to the playoffs.
We have kids who like to play...although the recent uninspired play has been upsetting...and we have an actual plan for the franchise in play.

So, it's alright now. Just would like to see that solid effort we saw on the road trip come back. Saw it for only 3 quarters tonight...and if you subtract the quarter you didn't see it in tonight.. they could win that game. But, whatever.

It's now about the future with this team. The next 18 months we are in limbo.

We need a Sg or a big man desperately this can get very ugly fast. Teams will let us live and die by the 3. All you got do is watch tape to know the knicks are very courteous and give red carpet treatment to anyone entering the paint.

REbuilding sucks, but this is what happens when you rebuild. Not many teams win titles while rebuilding.
I just hope that people will like me

Another way to view rebuilding:
It's not that life's too short.
It's just that you're dead for so long.

Well, for the record, my predictions aren't looking all that good. For a pessimist I'm really not pulling my weight anymore.
